What I build
Lead routing and follow-up
Leads from ads, forms, email and referral sites land in the right place within minutes, and the right person gets notified. Built on n8n, webhooks and Zapier.
Ads and reporting
Meta and Google ad spend pulled into one place next to the leads and deals it produced, so you can see what's actually working.
AI in the daily work
Claude and OpenAI built into the boring parts: drafting follow-ups, cleaning up data, and turning messy inputs into something usable.
Custom internal apps
When nothing off the shelf fits, I build it. Example: a time-tracking app for a remote team, running on two live deployments.
Bookkeeping
QuickBooks books kept current: bank reconciliations, categorizing, A/R cleanup and financial statements when the bank or partners ask for them.

Appointment setting for home service contractors. Full-time marketing and systems partner: lead pipelines, email infrastructure and a self-hosted automation server.
Freedom Roofing & Restoration
Roofing and storm restoration in Iowa and Illinois. Homeowner lead generation, Meta ads, GoHighLevel pipeline and QuickBooks bookkeeping.
Freedom Windows
Window replacement. Meta ad campaigns and a dedicated lead pipeline in GoHighLevel.
The Robinson Group
Real estate brokerage in the Quad Cities. Follow Up Boss automation, agent commission reconciliation, Google Ads spend sync and automated email lead intake.
Rave Mortgage
Mortgage lender. I'm their bookkeeper: QuickBooks books, monthly bank reconciliations and financial statements. I also built the application pages for each loan officer.

Before this I spent years in operations. Business process and automation at TalentPop, where I was Team MVP in 2025. GoHighLevel buildouts for e-commerce coaching companies. And a call center career at Teleperformance, where I was Supervisor of the Year in 2019. I studied Business Management.
I've worked the floor, so I build systems for the people who have to use them every day.
